History: Osco hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He found a children's book about a Halfling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.
