Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He dresses well, wearing blue shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. He sports a flattop hair cut. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep blue.
Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Spy business.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Thervan alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Thervan was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the orcs.
Motivation: Many orcs want him driven away; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Miller. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he is well dressed, constantly wearing a grey suit, brown shirt, and pastel tie. With bright silver hair and a scraggly beard. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Laborer arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. After coming to the age of reason, Thomas took it upon himself to study the druidic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. While she appears to be a normal Dragonborn, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his copper eyes.
Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Marshal born in the past three hundred years. Tree enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the north were limited. He became a Marshal soon after.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Seamstress arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Some 3 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Gomory never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

History: Olunt hails from a village terrorized by giants. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Olunt alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
