Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. His fur, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the south. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His hair is golden, silky, and of moderate length. He has several tiny amber earrings on each ear.

Personality: He hates drow. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Cook arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. At a young age his mother died while driving off some drow. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in shield use. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Oolah was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

His hair is long and blonde with streaks of chestnut, and is pulled back with small brown clips. His beard is chestnut, braided, and well cared for. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Dwarves.

History: He was born in a small desert village. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Elven compassion; and a strong sense of loyalty to elven people

Description: 5'9" and lanky with angular features, she is an attractive figure. She is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. Her hair is short and red. She wears a mask on her face.

Personality: She hates gnolls. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Bryseis abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. A true patriot, Ulla would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Gifted from a young age, Ulla studied abroad. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Ulla was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Mûzglob was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and sabotage a competitor
