Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His hair is silver and very short. His blue eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: Krimp is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: He was born in the east. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. She wears a top hat to hide her balding. Her eyes are likewise brown. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.
History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the south. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.
History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bookbinder. He became a Bookbinder soon after.
Motivation: Wants a kiss; and balancing his hectic life and new bookbinder responsibilities is difficult

Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Through the years after Cloak was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Cloak's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: This man wears a blue vest and prefers brown and pastel shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His hair is long and brown with streaks of golden, and is pulled back with small blue clips. His beard is golden, braided, and well cared for. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: Glim speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking southern young adult. He very much looks the part of a Mason. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His white hair is cut short. His blue eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Fargrim isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Dwarven unity. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Fargrim grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Fargrim. He has achieved small success as a Mason.
