Description: This slender woman stands about 3'4". She likes to wear blue tank tops with grey skirt. She wears her brown hair up in a very large beehive style do. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.
Personality: Oda hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her singing career. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Oda took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up sickle and armor she uses now. She has never given up on her singing dream.

Description: This man wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. He keeps his long brown hair kept up in a rat tail. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: Pallabar was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Spear grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Spear was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has dedicated herself to building a better kind of golem.

His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in whip use. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. While she appears to be a normal Dragonborn, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
