Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Elf, and stands approximately 4'9". She usually wears her blue robe and has her lance always slung over her shoulder, and her gloved hand is found clutching a lance. Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Norkruuth fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and balancing his hectic life and new miller responsibilities is difficult

Personality: She is fixated on the number 66. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. A freak accident while working with her Mortician mother left her crippled. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and she is wracked by social anxiety

Description: He is lean but muscular and is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His head has been shaved. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gray.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: Alvyn was born the youngest of three triplets. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the west; and she seems to be bored by most things

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he loathes his own lifestyle

History: Hecat was born in the east. At a young age she loved to build and create. While she appears to be a normal Tiefling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
