History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Naal was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Naal's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Engraver but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Immeral and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: She got into the Tanner business at a young age. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
