Description: He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty blue coat over it. He carries with him a set of greatswords, each one with a topaz on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His hair is cut close to his head. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Eldon was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: In the realm of puns, she cannot help herself. She feels obliged to make them. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered north to less war torn lands. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Description: Her left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She is wearing a long, black, dusty cloak. Her hair is white and very short. Her eyes are blue and beady.
Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Through the years after Vola was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Vola's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Vola and her spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. His copper crest is braided into rings. His eyes are likewise red. His teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Shedinn took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up greatsword and armor he uses now. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he is content

Description: He wears a simple tan robe with blue stripes complete with hood. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. He has styled his red hair well, parting it to the right. His eyes are a pleasant violet.
Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Pog reached his early adolescence his Gnome father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: He wears skinny pants and wears a violet and blue robe with the hood down. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly swords and bows. He wears a top hat to hide his balding. His half smiles and green eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: Rolf is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Rolf was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He works hard and plays hard.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Aerdeth fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
