Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In her 17th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She has always had a great fascination with Elven culture. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her mother. A freak accident while working with her Farmer mother left her crippled. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

History: He was born into a rich family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nim fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the west were limited. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Soapmaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
