He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. History: Gifted from a young age, Windy studied abroad. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Ruler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
