History: She was raised by priests from a young age. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Architect for hire.
Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Description: This exceptionally lanky man is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing tan cape and mantle trimmed with soft grey waves gently in the breeze. His blonde hair is thinning but still full. His eyes are hazel and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Mortician arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: To be a Healer again; and he is greedy

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Bellfounder arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Description: This man typically wears white cloth garments or leather armor. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His brown hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.
Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Pûgrish was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.
Motivation: Revenge; and many gnolls want him driven away

Description: This man stands a little under 5'10" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His head has been shaved. His brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it; and many drow want him driven away

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Body Guard they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Locksmith, and she later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. A true patriot, Kali would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Barkeep. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.
History: Oppah was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has worked as a Locksmith like her father before her.

Personality: Quilla is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of goblins once and for all.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by goblins. Quilla was horrified and prayed that her father was alright.
