History: Dell was born the youngest of three triplets. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Bricklayer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bricklayer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She struck the Bricklayer job and began her own company from there.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and a rival would like him out of the picture

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Description: A moderately attractive man, he wears dark leathers with embroidery. He has gray fur. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Shadow took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up longsword and armor he uses now. He bought a longsword and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
