History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Soapmaker but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Description: His skin is bronze and flawless. He wears a blue costume with the symbols of strength on his torso. He is an epitome of beauty. His hair is short and white. His fierce brown eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Erevan is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Erevan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature lance.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Pogranix was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Pogranix decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Priest kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Born to a Navigator, her father struggled to pay the bills. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Stylist. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Stylist for hire.

Motivation: Many goblins want her driven away; and further expansion of business

History: She was born in a small forest village. Her first spouse was a Layabout, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Many brigands want her driven away; and she is unsatisfied with her job

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and wants to raise her children well
