When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Painter. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 5 years.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Painter responsibilities is difficult.

He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Engraver they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Carter, and he later adopted a second daughter.
