Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Jak was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: She hates dire rats. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Cloak hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. At some point she was captured by dire rats and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: Many dire rats want her driven away.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: She was born at the edge of vast forest. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. Adam is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Adam was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Masseuse who has hired him part-time. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Crown-heir mother left him crippled. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He wants to get laid; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 5'1" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She wears a blue cloak and cross-gartered brown stockings. She wears a Stetson hat to hide her balding. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories she has discovered

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In her 14th year, her parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Adrie alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. Adrie was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs.

History: She was born in the north. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature nunchaku.
