History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She found a children's book about a Half-Orc Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it; and someone believes her a fraud

History: Berrian was born the youngest of three triplets. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Merchant and was forced into it by his family; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

History: Gifted from a young age, Helen studied abroad. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Mortician.

Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and sabotage a competitor

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Halfling companion (her 'brother'). In the meantime she has taken over work as a Tanner and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and she has passion for adventuring and risk

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Synthrin was born the youngest of three triplets. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Gardener for the past few years.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and further expansion of business

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: John was born with his mother's beautiful face. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, John never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
