Personality: This man loves dancing and to teach people dancing more than just about anything. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
