Personality: Chem is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Chem grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Suhnae was born on a far eastern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Tailor. He has worked as a Tailor like his mother before him.
