Description: This late middle aged woman wears light armors faded through time and improper care and is in decent physical shape. Her crest is silver and curly. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bellfounder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His eyes are gray and catlike.
Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and seeks redemption

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.
History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Kildrak embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. He is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She is a Barkeep first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Architect they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Barkeep, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He takes great joy in being the best Spice Merchant in town.
History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Berrian grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Berrian. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Spice Merchant.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He became a Architect soon after.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. His long golden hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His green eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Pallabar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He invites people to come help in his community garden.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. After a long history of fighting, Oren and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.
