He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: She got into the Fletcher business at a young age. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has worked as a Fletcher like her father before her.
