History: Pelaios was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He struck the Animal Trainer job and began his own company from there.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away.

History: Gifted from a young age, Frederick studied abroad. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Kristryd will drive conversation. The war was a terrible time for her, and Kristryd does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Kristryd was born on a far northern mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Bellfounder. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

History: He is a Succubi in disguise. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Elven companion (his 'brother'). When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
