History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He found a children's book about a Tabaxi Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Gifted from a young age, Zook studied abroad. After coming to the age of reason, Zook took it upon himself to study the druidic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: Maagog speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Maagog fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A gifted student he started as a Merchant, but he got bored and became a Bather. He has achieved small success as a Bather.

Personality: John hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Mercenary business.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. He has achieved small success as a Mercenary.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Laborer business.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His first spouse was a Carpenter, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and to unite with his brother

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born to a Locksmith, her mother struggled to pay the bills. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Bricklayer. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and to be a locksmith again

History: Pearl hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Pearl alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: Many dire rats want her driven away.
