History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Spear alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He struck the Laborer job and began his own company from there.

Description: This fat eastern man has a bulbous nose and wears a brown coat over a black low-cut shirt, and a broad hat upon his head. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His red hair and beard is wavy and long. He has gleaming, smiling brown eyes.
Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.
History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Sailor profession.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He struck the Slave Trader job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Description: He is a pot bellied southern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He is wearing a tight brown one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. He is bald on top and has large blonde tufts of hair around his ears. He has hazel eyes and a brown hat with a tan feather.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Randal embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.
History: Randal was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Randal and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and wants to work out more often

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: Lance was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

Description: This man is very fat, and wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His blonde hair and beard is wavy and long. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Vonbin was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Vonbin's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Vonbin fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: He comes from a rich western family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Trey was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac
