History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Travok grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Travok. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying north to reunite his family. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
