Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.
History: Burgell lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and regain custody of his son
