History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She was granted psionic powers by her dying brother.

Personality: He hates Gnomes with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Assassin hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and a strong sense of loyalty to half-elven people

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Healer arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Gifted from a young age, Kaladan studied abroad. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Sage for the past few years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Sage responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Vezera grew up listening to her father's many stories. Through the years after Vezera was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Vezera's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Elf in existence. The war was a terrible time for her, and Baelitae does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Baelitae has worked very hard to control her curse. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He got into the Knight business at a young age. Abad was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Abad decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Gnomish people; and many illithids want him driven away
