Description: She is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright tan and yellow, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her longsword, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a skull on it. Her black hair has been sun bleached extensively. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Althaea is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Althaea fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: An old rival family wants her found.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her lavender fur has been sun bleached extensively. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Art grew up listening to her father's many stories. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Tabaxis in Art's homeland. Art decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions.

He has a hunchback. His scarlet crest has been sun bleached extensively. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Locksmith who has hired him part-time. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: He was born in a small forest village. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He bought a trident and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dragonborns in the west were limited. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.
Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it.
