Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing poetry.

History: Rolf hails from a village terrorized by brigands. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Brewer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: The child of a Carter, who enjoyed hunting, Ilga was taken on many hunting expeditions. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Halfling companion (her 'brother'). When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. His first spouse was a Crown-heir, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Dagger was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls; and a strong sense of loyalty to halfling people

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Fletcher responsibilities is difficult; and he's looking for his big break

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered writing. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
