History: Thomas hails from a village terrorized by giants. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Nagrette abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and wishes to resurrect an old love

He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
