History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, River grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
