He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the east. Because her mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, dire rats burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her father from journeying east to reunite her family. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: Shivering wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Shivering was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Farmer. She tends to her Farmer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Tawna grew up listening to her father's many stories. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 9 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Matilda never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Quillathe fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Oskar was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Dwarven people; and revenge
