Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Apothecary. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Some 3 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Veloptima never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Personality: She is a Crown-heir first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shield.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and balancing her hectic life and new crown-heir responsibilities is difficult

Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Her childhood dream was to be a Masseuse, but she was a colossal failure. Recently the stress of being a Bowyer has made it difficult for her to sleep.

Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Sailor. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Farmer. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Farmer for hire.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.
