Description: He wears bulky blue painted plate armor, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 4'11" when asserting himself. His moppish black hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He has several tiny amber earrings on each ear.
Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Caeldrim was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: She sports tan clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. She is portly but not overly obese. Her hair is chestnut, silky, and of moderate length. Her amber eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: She is fixated on the number 29. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.
History: Cumpen was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She bought a scythe and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she has a crush on the local miner

History: Born to a Guard, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Orcs in the north were limited. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.
History: She was raised in a island tribe. In her 14th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Artin alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a yellow shirt with thin green vertical stripes and brown pants. His golden hair is still thick. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Aerdeth isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Half-Elven unity. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: He was born in the east. Aerdeth was born on a far eastern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Sculptor. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Tricking has worked very hard to control her curse. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Personality: He is a Ploughman first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Description: This younger middle-aged woman likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather, and a wedding ring on her left hand. Her blue crest is thinning but still full. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are red.
Personality: She is mildly Dragonborn supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.
History: Jezean was born the youngest of three triplets. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Tailor kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
