History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Through the years after Aldous was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Aldous's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her father. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. Some 5 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Emerald never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.
