Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Gunter enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Through the years after Gunter was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Gunter's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and regain custody of his daughter

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Fonkin was born the youngest of three triplets. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Fonkin was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: Pyntle hails from a village terrorized by goblins. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Pyntle alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. The war was a terrible time for her, and Tana does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Tana was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She now mingles about in high society.
