Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, he is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He wears his red hair up in a very large beehive style do. His eyes are likewise violet. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is harsh and unforgiving.
History: His druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Ralf abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.

Description: He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Sculptor arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Sculptor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Sculptor work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: To be a Ruler again.

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she wears a grey tunic with blue highlights, and long yellow pants that bunch up around her shoes. Her red hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. Her brown eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.
History: Audhild lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

Description: She is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright white and red, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. She carries a battered club and tarnished glaive as well. Her hair is short and white. Her eyes are amber and she is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. While she appears to be a normal Half-Orc, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and seeks redemption

His shirt is red, and he wears a heavy brown leather apron most of the time. He has dyed his greying beige fur a little too much giving a sharp beige color. His eyes are hazel.
Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Spear was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. A true patriot, Seebo would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: Born in the north to a Merchant, Tree learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Tree was born on a far northern island where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Merchant. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Merchant for the past few years.

Description: This exceptionally lanky man is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. He has a silver handlebar mustache and slicked back silver hair. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are violet.
Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: Wymar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. After coming to the age of reason, Wymar took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.
