History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Jane has worked very hard to control her curse. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

History: Born in the north to a Spice Merchant, Hagren learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has worked as a Spice Merchant like his mother before him.

Personality: He hates Gnomes with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Born to a Gardener, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Detective and was forced into it by his family; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Baker. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
