Description: An older man who prefers to wear flannel, he is not a threatening figure. He keeps his long black hair kept up in a rat tail. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Raymond fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Erky isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Gnomish unity. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He hates Dwarves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Baern was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Shoemaker. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and to unite with his brother

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
