Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with white lining and desert motifs. He sports a flattop hair cut. His eyes are gray and catlike.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 60. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. The war was a terrible time for him, and Skog does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Skog abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In her 17th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the north. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Personality: In the realm of puns, she cannot help herself. She feels obliged to make them. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Gnomes.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and money/treasure

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. Through the years after Maiathah was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Maiathah's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He can't help but pocket interesting objects he comes across

History: Fax lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Bowyer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
