History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When Murgen reached her early adolescence her Half-Orc mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. As a young child she wandered into the woods despite her father's warnings against it. Afterwards she claimed she had encountered dire rats who tried to eat her hand. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Tawar was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Makaria grew up listening to her father's many stories. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Tiefling companion (her 'brother'). She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends.

History: She was born in a small desert village. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Shipwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and tiefling compassion

History: Quarion was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dwarven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dwarven doctor. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
