History: Born in the west to a Barkeep, Gesrethe learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She dropped out of school to support her sick mother, and resented it. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

History: The child of a Interpreter, who enjoyed hunting, Rosamund was taken on many hunting expeditions. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Rosamund took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up scythe and armor she uses now. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Burto's homeland. Burto decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. Her hair is long and red with streaks of auburn, and is pulled back with small red clips. Her half smiles and amber eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. Her job bores her to no end. She has decided to make it more interesting.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Alain grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Alain. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
