Description: 5'7" and muscular, this southern man is dressed in a clean violet cloak covering his clean studded leather. His black hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Through the years after Efferil was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Efferil's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her first spouse was a Fortune-teller, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized tan coat, and is pretty ugly. His red hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His eyes are likewise hazel.
Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When Erevan reached his early adolescence his Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact.

Description: A 5'1" northern man, he wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. He keeps his long white fur kept up in a rat tail. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carpenter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Windy fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
