History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Veloptima has worked very hard to control her curse. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 4'2" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She wears a brown costume with the symbols of magic on her torso. Her white hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a broad hat. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her hazel eyes.
Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She works hard and plays hard.
History: Whurdred was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Locksmith. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Meena grew up listening to her father's many stories. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Description: A woman of a pale complexion, she wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her sickle with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt. Her red hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. She wears an eyepatch.
Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Guard arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Oppah took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up sickle and armor she uses now. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. Zephan enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
