Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. When Neega reached her early adolescence her Half-Orc father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions.
