History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Burto was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Howard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. He has never given up on his music dream.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. At some point he was captured by illithids and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
