Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.
History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Some 6 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Therlin never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Elven artifacts is her passion; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes orcs are coming to abduct people. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.
History: She is a Slaad in disguise. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Spice Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and she desires to right it

Description: She has a large green mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her grey robe. Her black hair is lengthy. Her eyes are likewise red. Her teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Shepherd born in the past three hundred years. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. After coming to the age of reason, Purah took it upon herself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Shepherd for the past few years.
Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Shepherd responsibilities is difficult.

Description: She wears a brown collared shirt and green skirt. She accessorizes with a tan scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across her shirt. She is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly swords and lances. Her moppish chestnut hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She takes great joy in being the best Marshal in town.
History: Falkrunn was born in the east. At a young age she loved to build and create. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Description: Standing 5'4", this man wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a spear, but if one is not available he will default to his club. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His eyes are likewise violet.
Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. Bernard is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.
History: Meena was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bellfounder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.
