His hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Elven companion (his 'brother'). Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

History: Mantus was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He has worked as a Animal Trainer like his mother before him.

Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Her parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when she was still a young child. The dire rats captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ugol grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Ugol abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Bookbinder. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he feels kind of lost in life

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She was born in the north. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.
