Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. Kairon enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Healer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and retire the richest man in the south

History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Dilettante. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She disdains her fellow westerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
