History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Through the years after Meena was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gifted student she started as a Stableman, but she got bored and became a Ploughman. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Rael hails from a village terrorized by drow. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Revenge; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
