History: Born in the south to a Dilettante, Shivering learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He's also a talented Barkeep, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact.
